APPILY FORTYTWO SEED TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us") explains how personal data is handled when you browse, register, or purchase from Appily fortytwo. By using this site you acknowledge the practices described below.

Categories of data processed

Registration: display name, email, hashed password, email-verification state.
Fulfilment: shipping address, mobile number, ordered SKUs, weights, payment channel, transaction IDs.
Communications: support tickets, attachments, call-back requests, and survey replies.
Security telemetry: IP address, browser fingerprint elements, session tokens, fraud-prevention signals.

Lawful uses

Data powers account authentication, order packing, courier handoff, delivery notifications, invoice generation, fraud screening, catalogue analytics, and regulatory record-keeping. We do not monetise personal data through unrelated advertising networks.

Processors and transfers

Trusted subprocessors include payment gateways, transactional email providers, and logistics partners. They access only the minimum fields required for their task and are contractually bound to confidentiality and security standards.

Retention schedule
